We had a water pipe junside a wall burst and an ensuing flood the day before Thanksgiving. Quest Restoration responded quickly and professionally. Not only did Quest Restoration provide the remediation, they also completed the repairs. It is very important to note that Quest Restoration does noy work for an insurance company, they work for the customer. They will be a laison between you and the insurance company. They will provide information ( good & bad but honest) every step of the way. It is not unusual for the owner of the company to visit the job site.
