My experience with Richards Honda has been far and beyond what I expected!!! I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and this has been the best acquaintance ever while having to interact with a such a large dealership. The most important aspects of the car buying experience were addressed in such a professional manner, and the whole team was so polite and welcoming when it came to making sure that all of my concerns were positively acknowledged. The typical worries that a person may encounter such as a long wait, financing issues, choosing the best vehicle etc... were not a problem at all, especially for an individual that may not be the most qualified buyer. I would recommend this dealer as my first choice to anyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle!!!! Most of all, my sales rep Carva Henley, was awesome with making my transition from my old vehicle to a new one the best!!!
