DO NOT order from Lenovo and expect any customer service. I placed two orders back in November of 2020, they stated that once my tax exemption paperwork was on file, they would refund the money. Since then, the Dawanas King, North America AR, Robert Ignacio, and Leslie Ann Cayanan have stopped responding to all requests. Either via email or telephone. I am now escalating this to our state comptroller office.
