Good communication, Sherman and Princess are very courteous and friendly as were the crew. They installed the split unit while I was working from home, they were careful, quiet and respectful of my property, answered all my questions prior to the installation and during the installation and cleaned up really well after the job was done. You could tell they knew what they were doing.
They were recommended by my realtor, Larry Chun (who I also highly recommend), and I'm glad he did.
