I bought a groupon for haircut + highlights + deep conditioning and styling. I usually dont like to write bad reviews especially if I like the person who did it but not the job that they did. I got the highlights done and they are uneven all over. You can see different shades. I noticed that at the Salon itself but I thought I could be wrong. She used the toner as well but I still see orange shades everywhere. I went home and my husband noticed. I went to work and everyone noticed. They thought I asked for it and it was a bad job done. Then, the haircut was a disaster too. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and that I dont want to trim down too much. The stylist suggested not to get it done since I have too much hair. I went with whatever she did..such a bad job again. The haircut I can still live with since my hair grows back quickly. I got a call a few days later asking for the review. I mentioned I was unhappy and even sent the pictures. I was supposed to be called back again. But, nope..nothing at all. This is what actually made me write a review. Don't call people just for the sake of it when you have 0 intention of actually doing something about it. If you dont think anything is wrong, still call the customer to review. I have been to all kinds of hair places - ranging from lowest to high end places in the area but I didnt expect this from a salon that is so highly rated.
