Overall, it was a good stay. We were disappointed that our check-in time of 4:00 wasn't an option because our room wasn't ready, so we had to sit in our car until it became ready. Another issue we had was not being allowed to use our own floats in the pool. My five year old was playing on her turtle float, and a lady made us take it from her because it "wasn't allowed"...that was annoying. Other than those two things, it was great.
