My condo was severely damaged by a broken refrigerator line. I had dryers for 7 days and then the walls, floors and cabinets were ripped out. I was informed yesterday that despite following procedures exactly under the Rules and CC&Rs I cannot bring plumbers in for 90 days to fix the leak. Until I can fix the leak I cannot repair the damages. I have been living in a hotel. I believe this management company has made my living environment a hostile environment. I breakdown crying constantly. This company has been terrible.
