Multiple attempts to get a installer scheduled with very long wait times with customer service. After 4 attempts and 1 week after delivery of my furniture, finally got one scheduled.. and then on the day of installation I was told they messed up and had to reschedule me. This company is a joke.

5/29/19- The installer didn't show up for the 2nd appointment. Called customer service, long hold to get to representative and when you finally do they put you on hold for twice as long.

5/29/19- installer showed up after rescheduling with me. He did a good job and was very professional.. at least that went well.
