I have been a retail provider for Comphy Co for several years. I ordered a Baby Bundle, comprised of a knit blanket, a fitted sheet, and a quilted blanket. Despite years of poor customer service and slower than snails ship times, I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Even when the colors delivered don't match the colors on the screen, I kept trying because the sheets were so soft. That ends today. They left the quilted blanket out of the package that I ordered on January 8th and finally received today. I had even sent a screenshot FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE detailing exactly what I ordered, because I've had to deal with these nitwits before and wanted to be sure I got what I needed. And I still didn't. And now they want to charge me for the quilted blanket. After literally thousands of dollars I have spent with them. Nope. There are plenty of sheet companies out there. I'm going to find one who appreciates my business. I think I'll drop off the remaining merchandise to Goodwill. I can't tolerate the idea of Comphy anymore.
*UPDATE: when my company makes a mistake, we fix it at no cost to the client. This blanket that probably cost them $5 should have just been shipped overnight with no charges whatsoever. It was 100% their mistake. Thanks but no thanks--ettitude has a far superior product and I'll use them for home and spa use going forward.
