THIS COMPANY IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING MY PARTNER HAD TO USE CARPENTERS AFTER A NON FAULT ACCIDENT IN WITCH SHE GOT WHIPLASH WHEN WE INSTRUCTED CARPENTERS TO CLAIM FOR THIS SHE WAS MADE TO FEEL LIKE SHE WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG IN CLAIMING AND WAS LEFT UPSET AND TEARFULL BECAUSE OF IT AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE WITH HER INSURANCE COMPANY AND LETTING THEM KNOW OF OUR COMPLAINT THEY HAVE ADVISED ME TO CONTACT CARPENTERS BUT THIS IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE AND CARPENTERS DONT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY REPRSENT AS IS NOW WE STAND TO LOSE THE CAR MY PARTNER HAD HOPED TO GET BECAUSE CARPENTERS DONT CARE ENOUGH TO CHASE UP THE INSURANCE COMPANY OF THE 3RD PARTY DRIVER TO ENSURE MY PARTNER WILL GET THE MONEY SHE IS WAITING FOR WHEN CARPENTERS SAID IT WOULD BE COMING SO I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE IF YOU ARE PUT ON TO CARPENTERS BY YOU INSURANCE COMPANY ASK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO TAKE ON YOUR CASE AS CARPENTERS MIGHT JUST STRESS YOU OUT TOO MUCH AND NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTREST AT HEART
