This company is terrible and very unprofessional. I had a cash deal on a house in October and it took the 2 months to finally close. They take days or weeks to respond to emails or phone calls. Kept getting bounced around to different employees to handle my closing. Wanted to give them a cashiers check for closing and they said no I had to wire the money or this would push the process back even further and at that point I just wanted to get the deal done since they already pushed it back long enough. Then after closing they tell me I am still not allowed in the house for a week or so even though I own it. I would highly recommend to use another closing company. Its not worth saving money to deal with all the headaches this company brings with it. A 1 start rating is 1 to many.
