I moved house in 2019 and after research decided on Internode for my new NBN connection, which was fibre to the node. The website was easy to navigate and I found a plan to suit my needs with a modem included. I've been with them for 11 months with no issues. However, when the NBN went down this week I rang them and got the option of a call back rather than waiting in a queue. An hour later Radwa called me and after asking questions, she patiently guided me through a hard reset, and then determined it was an NBN issue, which she reported. She explained everything clearly so I knew what was going on. The NBN came back on later that day, so sooner than expected. I got a follow up call the next morning to make sure everything was working. So, I'm very happy with the service! After using just about every provider for different forms of internet connection over the years with varying degrees of frustration, I can say that Internode have been the best by far.
