Every time I walk through the lobby, I inadvertently pause to look at the beautiful, elegant flower arrangements that are always there. The decor is tasteful, elegant, posh through and through, but with just enough avant garde whimsy to be inviting. Service at Raya was attentive but slow, and our lunch entrees were good but not particularly memorable.
