I just got off the phone with Janet Lopez who was very helpful and professional. While her performance definitely deserves 5 stars, I only gave four to Vista Energy, as I feel that I was not made sufficiently aware of the expiration of my former rate after a year. The fact that the rate reverted to a much more expensive one was very costly for me, as I rely on paperless billing and have low gas usage over the summer, and therefore didn't recognize the change for several months.

I came back after a year and updated my rate. It was very easy, with good service, so I changed my rating to five stars. Thank you Anna.
