Paid Ritz price and got Holiday Inn experience. Waited until 4pm to get a room; arrived around 1pm and was told I would get a call when room was ready and never got call after 4 hours. Pools closed at 5:30pm - how am I paying for a day and getting 1:30 hr at pools??? Also booked 1 bdr suite with ocean view only to be sent to view of parking lot and side/partial ocean view; when I asked why I didn't get ocean view I was told that I should have booked oceanfront suite with 2 bedroom and there was none available on Saturday. In the future will not stay there and I will let all my friends/family know to avoid your overpriced hotel, with no affordable restaurant as we had to go outside to find restaurant. Bad experience overall and supposedly I got FL discount since I'm a resident of FL and paid close to $600 for one night.
