First when we got to the hotel, one of the elevators was broken. After we got to our room it was really hot. We turned down the A/C and left for the day. We came back to find water had soaked our carpet and it was coming from the A/C unit. So they moved us to a suite...it was the same room as we just had. So I'm not sure what makes it a suite. The one thing I am impressed with was their shuttle. They did pick us up from the airport and even took our group to a local restaurant. We went to do laundry and both of the dryers on our floor were broke. We will be finding another hotel to stay at when we come back to Orlando.
