In an effort to grow and acquire signature Properties, the Marriott is lacking in keeping up with the Service and Standards it wes once known for. Having owned three Time Shares with the Marriott and been a long time Member of its Loyalty Programs, I am having second thoughts of continuing my patronage with them. I had a wonderful experience when staying at the Montage, a few miles from the Laguna Cliffs Marriott and the difference in Service and Hospitality, was night and day. Perhaps the Marriott should send its Senior Management Team to the Montage, so see what Quality Service is all about, and how it is done Right, the First time and Every Time.
