Absolutely the WORST customer service! I've been bounced around for 10 days trying to place an order. No one takes ownership of the issue. Each representative tells a different story. Finally, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told it would be 72 hours! I have already waited 10 days! I haven't even bought their product yet and already I am apalled by their customer services and sales departments. Guess they don't want the business since in 10 days they can't fix the technical glitch that is preventing my payment from processing!
