It's a good place to learn new skills and understand how a contact center works. For me, I learned how to have confidence in myself. When I began on the phones in 2004, I was a newly single mother of 3 daughters and about 21 years old. I didn't know what I was good at or if this job would be a good fit for me. I was really good at the sales part from the beginning but I learned so much from the leaders here over time that I was actually the one running the day to day operations. When I left here after working at Phone Ware/Phone Net for more than 14 years, I had learned a lot about how to manage people, how to communicate effectively but most importantly I learned a lot about myself.

Phone Ware has been a good stepping stone in my life and has allowed me to move on to bigger and better things for myself.

This job was my career which allowed me to be able to support my children when they were young.

I especially appreciate all of the mentoring from Jim Rochford. He tought me the important things like PowerPoint, Access and how to do client presentations. Also Hazel who taught me to never answer questions that I know the answer to with "I don't know" before giving the right answer. That one will always stay with me.

Bill, thanks for having confidence in me and allowing me to screw up on my own. That's how I learned how to fix what I messed up.

Over all, PWI was a great experience for me and gave me so much more than just a job. It helped mold me into who I am today.
