I would first like to say the staff was profession...

I would first like to say the staff was professional and nice. I ordered my baby a Lakers Basketball birthday cake for $106. The cake was perfect and exactly as pictured. The cake however was absolutely HORRIBLE!! It was dry and not good at all! For the price it was not worth it at all. I was really really really disappointed!

So I am embarrassed and wish I would have called before posting something negative. The owner gave me a full refund and a gift card. They were very nice and professional about the whole situation...they contacted me immediately. I asked them not to give me a refund and they insisted so I said a partial and they wouldnt accept it. I will use them again bc no one is perfect and as I stated before the cake was GORGEOUS. I apologize to the company...it was ignorant of me.
