Seems they do not value their word or good service any more; perhaps it comes with the territory on making money. Sad!
Late delivery times and do not seem to care; both at their US and Kenya offices, and they do not give clear reasons as to why the shipment is delayed. Utterly disappointed! I hope they get their act together soon.
