Was referred to Active Health and Wellness by a friend of mine. I'm so glad that I was called by the office and set up an appointment. Between my lower back ache that was keeping me awake at night and The lack of movement I had in my neck I knew I needed help but was nervous about where to go. Rest assured this is the place to go. Within one week I felt like a new person and I had my range of motion back that I hadn't seen in months. Everyone who works there is so knowledgeable and friendly. They care! Highly recommend for anyone who isn't feeling 100% because they can get you there.
