In December I spotted a blazer of my interest for sale on the Massa Boutique e-commerce. I checked with the customer service if as a Swiss citizen I could have enjoyed the VAT refund. The answer was in the affirmative, explaining to me that once the export procedure had been completed I would have been credited back to my credit card the VAT amount paid in advance. So I decided to buy two pieces of two different colors. I personally carried out the customs clearance of the goods that went through. The merchant has correctly issued the electronic invoice in the OTELLO 2.0 system of customs which, once the goods have been verified, have approved the exportation. To date, after more than two months, I have not yet received any refund. The trader claims that the reimbursement must be from the Global Blue company, but this is not absolutely true, because Massa Boutique did not initially benefit from the service offered by Global Blue. Now I am asked to carry out the customs clearance on the Global Blue modules that the trader would like to issue in duplicate. I refused because the procedure would not be in accordance with the law, as the goods have already been exported once and are no longer on European territory. I would also be harmed economically by losing the commissions due to the company. Customer support that initially showed itself to be ready and available now no longer responds. Deeply disappointed by the treatment I received and the deception. I am entitled to 136 euros against more than 700 of expenditure, which even exceed 1000 if I think of the purchases made previously (well, I was also a loyal customer).
