Purchased a new 2004 Passat from Trend a couple of years ago. Very professional sales staff BUT service was terrible. Long waits. Car not ready when promised. Expensive. Stopped having car serviced at that dealer.
Went back to have car serviced last week because I had no other choice (several recalls, engine sludge cleaning). The service was much improved and the place newly renovated. It looks like this dealer has finally felt the impact of previously lousy service and is trying improve its service center. Still expensive but friendly and prompt now.
