Absolutely shambolic company! I can't begin to guess the amount of hours sat waiting for someone to answer phonecalls or reply to emails. I had a no fault accident in 2016 I am still waiting for it to be dealt with. I am never kept informed, only finding out information when Sat on the phone for several hours! I would NEVER use this company again, or reccomend to anyone else!
