AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!

My Experience with Box has and still is the worst customer experience i have ever had, first my computer shipping was delayed by 3 days, which i was only notified AFTER I reached out the day before just to check on my computer. The second and biggest problem is the fact that they gave me a faulty graphics card, which I then had to send back, which took over a week. I was promised a "high priority" return as i needed this GPU for work. However it still took over the 7 days they promise on their returns for an engineer to look at the part. After waiting a few more days i receive an email from Box, after i constantly kept chatting to there online chat team, saying the card has received "damage" during the transit back to them, which is apparently my fault because i didn't package it correctly, even tho i used plenty of bubble wrap and made sure the inside of the box had paper tissue around the card as well. So now they will not fix the card, which was faulty when i got it, and send it back to me with even more damage. Before the only problem with the graphics card was the fact that it rattled when being put under high work load. So now the card is going to be sent back not fixed and possibly so broken that it literally will not work. Thanks a lot Box, that was a 2070 super aorus card. Now my brand new PC which i require for work will not function. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ps. the customer service is awful. Nice people on the chat, but not good at there job.

UPDATE: They are sending back the BROKEN GPU back to me, which they haven't even tested, so whether it works or not is something im going to have to try myself. What a stupid company, the fact they are still running and operational is beyond me.
