So far - so shabby! We have to use this service in...

So far - so shabby! We have to use this service in order to recoup some of our relocation expenses. To date - we have done nothing but phone tag with our assigned 'specialist'.
She has been on vacation - doesn't tell any of us - I wouldn't have known if I hadn't called her again and again. (which I HATE to do).
She missed a lot of scheduled appointments - that is just plain inconsiderate.
Today, when she missed another scheduled appointment, I wrote her a note inviting her to meet early next week, only to find out she is no longer with them.
This experience could be tempered if the resources they provided were actually useful. I guess if I didn't know anything about where we are moving, the generic information that could be combed from reading a few websites might be handy, but thus far, I have found the data to be outdated and I have better resources available to me via FB than their site.
Here's hoping the employer version of this service is better than the customer-user experience.
