My experience as a family member of a patient ,
First let me say" Thank You " to the nurses and techs, that worked very hard to care for the patients!

Unfortunately what I experienced on the 9th Floor, this was the exception not the rule.
Many times it would take two,three or more to accomplish a task ie,changing pain med in "PAC pump" E.G. tube,starting/changing "IV" locations..
A lot of lot inexperience working with the equipment and time management skills were seriously lacking, which led to the unnecessary delays for the patients ,and the staff being stressed to out...
