This is the best fine dining restaurant in Albuquerque. All of their food is local, organic, and fresh. The kitchen is open for you to walk through. They encourage you to interact with the cooks. The chef is extraordinary and I have seen him eat at the restaurant on his days off. The table staff, hosts, and bar staff are all very friendly and helpful. The menu changes regularly. Take time to stroll around the property and see there beautiful historic buildings. One building is pre-civil war. The swimming pool was the first outdoor pool in New Mexico. View the llamas, the fields of lavender, and the Rose Garden. Everyone should have the opportunity to spend some time at this Historic Site. If you are visiting and you can afford it, stay at the Los poblanos Inn. Your dinner is likely to set you back around $60 to $80 per person. Excellence is not cheap!
