The location is so lovely, staff were so friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Also they were supporting and at your service whenever you need and provide you with your entire request. However, there were few things which were extremely below my expectation to find it from luxury such hotel. The first two days the room cleaning was very good, but to my surprise we found that some areas in the room were never cleaned and full of dust!! One of the days found one of the coffee cup was not properly washed, still some coffee affects in it. When sometimes were requiring for a service to be received in the room, the service was too slow. I was expecting from this hotel to find things much better from lower standard hotels. Nonetheless, which kept us stay in this hotel was the good customer service.
