I can't say enough about this company. After placing our order for my daughter's new guitar strap we received a personal phone call from Sweetwater Sound to let us know our package had been sent. A few days later I noticed the package was sorted incorrectly and it was in Florida. Not in Nebraska where we live. I emailed Sweetwater and they fixed in no time. Just received the strap and it's high quality, the colors are better than we thought , and the "thank you' package of sweets didn't hurt either. Thank you Sweetwater for being such a great company. Will be ordering in the future!!
