Was told my over payment would take ip to 21 days ...

Was told my over payment would take ip to 21 days to receive after my truck was paid off. Called back after this point to be told it may take up yo 30 days now. These reps can t get their stories correct and in the meanwhile they are withholding a little over 700.00 from me and have provided nothing but empty promises. This company is a joke!!! Beware anyone considering them
