In early 2020, I placed an order for new dining room furniture with a local store (I'm on the East Coast). I'd planned on visiting some lighting stores to find a fun statement piece to use as chandelier (replacing the boring fixture the builder installed), but then the pandemic hit and my husband and I substantially limited our outings. I turned online and located some light fixtures that I thought might work well but was uneasy spending $$$$ without any input from someone who works in design or at least seeing a sample in person.

I contacted one store (not Urbanspace) and asked if anyone was available to help me determine whether the size of the fixtures would work okay in my space. After that store declined to provide any assistance, I came across Urbanspace Interiors, which carries several of the items I was interested in. Alexa was very prompt in responding to my emails and was willing to take a look at some 3D renderings I had and basic room dimensions in order to opine on which options might fit well. I ended up selecting the Supernova by Foscarini, and it was shipped very promptly. We had it installed today (following a 7-month pandemic wait for our furniture) and definitely find that it makes a cool statement! :)
