Tom was the perfect mortgage broker for me when buying my first home. He explained everything very clearly (without being condescending!), and considered the broader context of my future financial situation/the market when helping me assess my options. He was super responsive and easy to communicate with, and consistently kept track of all the administrative details. Also just a friendly, nice person. Would definitely recommend.
