Line was so very long with limited direction as to which line to get into. A three hour wait could have been shortened with better organization and for those with small children it was borderline dangerous. Inside the palace the staff was so very careless about their duty. Some of them had completely turned their backs to the rooms they were watching over. The audio tour was informative and helpful but over crowding made it impossible to enjoy the tour and see much of the rooms. The beauty of the palace itself was obscured by a thick layer of dust. Some of the most beautiful rooms were made dull. The gardens were spectacular. Well kept and clearly the only part of the palace grounds that receive attention. Overall this was a disappointing view into what is such a significant and unique part if history.
