I work for them, and I love the job but I got 2 of...

I work for them, and I love the job but I got 2 of my friends the job there and they work more than me which doesn t make sense to me because I train both of them so they wouldn t of known how to do the job if it wasn t for me and They wouldn t be doing the job as good as me if it wasn t for me. And it s just weird to me that they work more than me. And even my manager says how good of a job I do when I m working and I sell a lot of phones when I m working. And it just doesn t make sense to me why I don t work as much as them I think it s just favoritism to be honest which is very wrong. So. But I really like working at my job and I want to work more.
