Without a doubt, this business is getting its customers based entirely on their honesty and upfront righteousness they present. We were shopping for a vehicle to replace my mother's car so she could pass her older car to us a few months ago. Unfortunately at the time nothing fit, but we remembered that Ray at 5 Grand was just so honest and forthright with us that we absolutely called them up as our first choice recently.

My mom's car broke down, and we were unable to get the funds to get her on the road and to work in any near amount of time that would work for us. Ray answered his phone, and drove down to pick her up, and got her into the car she wanted that day. Kip worked with us to get a rate that would work for us, so that we wouldn't be put out and we would be able to afford it.

They even called us back when the bank approved a lower interest rate, which allowed us to afford gap insurance. These guys are the absolute best. They never made us feel bad for not having money upfront. They are truly nice people that deserve the best.
