Our Loved one is Being poorly treated!! Wait for help to use bathroom is unacceptably LONG
Being made to WAIT for Pain MEDS. EXCUSE/ We are in middle of meal Time VERY POORLY UNDERSTAFFED!! Iwould NEVER TAKE another loved one there!!
