Exquisite setting for high tea BUT bottom of bagel...

Exquisite setting for high tea BUT bottom of bagel so hard could not cut through it. Savouries cold and unappetizing. Staff inadequately trained. Poured champagne to brim with head like a beer. When booking, was told they're too busy for valet parking and told to park at Portswood garage. Would not stamp parking ticket. It's not the cost but the principle. Certainly not what one expects from hotel if this calibre. Disappointing.
