Found a chicken / or some hard bone in my soup. Sent some of the bone off to them. Was told I would hear back and heard nothing. Poop customer service, very poor QC and one I will not be buying in future. I'm just glad I found it before swallowing it.

Update. Now received a response and informed me of what checks that had in place. Also sent some free samples as a gesture of good will. So put them up the 3 stars.
