Yesterday was my first time going to SC Internal Medicine Associates in Irmo, SC and I have to say that I was really impressed ... the location is quiet, the building is big, the parking lot is spacious, the waiting room... well, simple and organized! You only see the chairs, and some tables with tissue boxes, very appropriate for the season... also, the check in was prompt, the receptionist very kind, Melissa the nurse was very attentive and welcoming, Dr Guram was very patient and listened to all my concerns. I wish they were much closer to home, but I'm willing to drive the 35+ miles to be seen. I will recommend it to my family and friends!!
