My wife scheduled our Pacifica in to swap our winter tires for the all seasons. When she got to the dealership the service advisor stated it would be a 2.5 hour wait when she was told it would be an hour to a 1.5 hour wait. The service advisor stated it would be a minimum 2.5hr wait. My wife said she would go try somewhere else and the service advisor said "good-luck!". Real classy Capital!
