Called to make an appointment and ended up leaving...

Called to make an appointment and ended up leaving a message to have someone call me to schedule. I did this three days and never got a call back. Finally decided to schedule online. Left a message for a service advisor to contact me before appt, as I needed to find out if they could do Star Smog check. Never got a call. Dropped off car on day of appt and they assured smog would not be an issue. Got called that car was done... But no smog check done as they are not Star check approved. Pick up car, and notice they didn't even vacuum under mats and interior windows were really spotty. I have no problem paying premium prices for premium service, but I definitely did not get what I paid a premium for!
