Yesterday we undertook one of the most harrowing and unpredictable situations a Board can take on. We cleaned out a 30 year old, 160 foot, 8" sewage pipe that was deteriorating, and were poised and ready with the City on standby, for it to collapse. This is the only sewer line that serves all of the 90 units in Phase I of our property.
While I was taking photos of each milestone, I was sending in the play-by-play to Jackie on her email just in case a disaster occurred. As it turned out, all is well, but with no maps and the City's prediction of disaster, it was not just a little frightening. Please congratulate Jackie for literally holding our hands through this event. She has done an excellent job.
