I bought a new BMW F700GS this year and couldn t be happier. My salesman was Simon and his helpfulness and attention were far beyond expectation. As a female with relatively little riding experience in a male dominated past time, Simon spent a lot of time during several visits to the store while I was deciding which bike would suite me best. I never felt rushed and he was always attentive. He introduced me to Toby in the service department who instructs the GS off road course. I took the course this year and I can t say enough about the patience and professionalism shown by all the Blackfoot staff.
My husband (and riding partner) injured his knee requiring surgery early in the season and hasn t been able to ride with me so I ventured out on my own for some short rides. When Simon found out that I haven t been able to get out as much as I d like due to not having a riding partner he insisted on taking me out and discovering some nice (gravel) back roads in the foothills and Kananaskis. It s obvious that Simon has a passion for motorcycles, his job and catering to his customers. Thanks Simon!
