I am giving it a star due to the location which is great! The rest: not good. What a disappointing experience. I am going to actually write into the hotel about how awful it was. Let s just say the staff is inconsistent, rude, and condescending. The rooms are sub par. Room service is a joke and takes hours. The lady hung up on me when I cancelled it. Ice machine broken. Erroneous 100 charges on my card. Room wasn t ready for check in. We got there at 5 pm. One person working at the small cafe downstairs with a line out the door. I mean the list is endless. I would do the Westin as they are much better.
