Absolutely disastrous experience with these guys, wish I'd looked at the reviews first. Took a day off to receive fridge freezer - 30 minutes before the end of the delivery time they text me to say the drivers run out of hours.
Absolutely no care from the customer services department. Who just asked me to empathise that they delivered form the midlands and took zero responsibility. Spoke to the manager who was just as unhelpful and seemed to have no care that we had a food that would go off quoting there was nothing she could do as there's a 12hr standing period before you can use your new appliance.
The driver that redelivered sat told us it's a 3hr stand time & said he hadn't run out of hours on weds, in fact he was in the area but had no delivery for us. On top of that he was driving a 3.5 tail lift (no driver hours).
Wrote a letter to the CEO, no reply. Shocking service stay well clear unless you like a lottery.
