Facilities are decent however this is a tourist hellscape. After spending a week on the big island this is very disappointing. Also Waikiki beach is super disappointing, very rocky and difficult to walk in the water. If your goal is a resort that provides everything you may need without leaving the property this is for you, otherwise I suggest going a bit further off the beaten path.
