This is the first time we used Boston Solar. The sales rep Wayne Sutherland was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. We were referred by another Boston Solar customer but My husband still did his own research. After looking at about 10 different solar estimates, we found Boston Solar to be the best option. He was on board immediately and it took me a little longer to be comfortable with having Solar installed on our roof. They did an extremely thorough job during their site visit to determine the maximum number of panels we could have that would generate the highest production. They offered a variety of payment options (although we paid cash) that were reasonable. The paperwork process was smooth and they were always available for questions. Our house was not ideal for Solar but they came up with a design that will not only work but was aesthetically good for me.

The installation process was equally as smooth. They communicated with us every step of the way and answered any questions we had. The crew was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we knew what they were doing each day. Our rep at Boston Solar-Sana Jameel has been extremely helpful and also very patient with all of my questions.

Overall, we had an amazing client service coordinator in Sana. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. Responded to both emails and phone calls promptly and always got back to us when she said she would. And also calling or emailing as things unfolded without me even asking.

I highly recommend Boston Solar and although I don't expect to move anytime soon, I do expect when I do I will call Boston Solar.
