I was new to Edmonton, just moved from Surrey, BC ...

I was new to Edmonton, just moved from Surrey, BC and was looking for a job. I guess she was Cynthia who was Interviewing me.
I provided my resume and was asked to provide references, I send those by email and called maybe a day after to know if she received my email, She replied that she did received but some of them were just company name and phone number so she asked for their roles and names otherwise she cant help, so I had to call all my past companies and gather their information and send her providing NAME, COMPANY NAME, ROLES, PHONE NUMBER, YEAR. And I tried calling next day, she replied that she didn't received any email so unfortunately she is closing my file.

She was not letting me speak, she was just saying that she is closing my file that I have not provided any reference, but I did provided and I don't know maybe she was in hurry to close my file.

I know Express Employment Professionals, they are really good people because I have been to the office in Surrey,BC and in Burnaby,BC. They were good people there but I wasn't expecting this here in Edmonton South.
